Most of the time spent thinking and talking about sneakers is expended on major brands that produce thousands of pairs at a time and push margins for their stockholders, but No.One in Los Angeles does things a little differently. The sneaker studio releases a small number of releases in a calendar year, and each release is hyper limited in numbers. The brand usually only makes 12 pairs of sneakers per design and they're all made by hand. We had to include these Pink Pony Charlies on the list for the best of the year because the quality is unmatched and we love the color and material, but any of their releases from the year could be in contention for the distinction just because what's happening at No.One is so remarkable.
